Sylvania Country Club (“the Club,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of our members and users of the Sylvania Country Club Member App (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

 The Club is not liable for:

  • Loss of data caused by external providers.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from App use.
 

12. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Lucas County, Ohio.

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be posted within the App with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.
